Our 30-Night Guarantee

We stand behind the ritual. If you are not satisfied with your OZARIA purchase, contact us at contact@medichair.shop within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your order in full — no questions asked. Because these are personal-care products, you do not need to ship anything back to claim the guarantee.

 

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping cost.

 

How to start a refund

Email us at contact@medichair.shop with your order number and the reason for your request. We typically respond within one business day.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, contact your bank first, then reach out to us and we will help.
