Free US shipping

Shipping is free on eligible order. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and shipped from our fulfillment facility in the United States. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at contact@medichair.shop as soon as possible — we can correct the address any time before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 15 days of purchase, write to us and we will resolve it — replacement or refund, your choice.
